Our Church Division

Milian Development Group is very honored and excited to be able to work on beautifying and renewing God’s Houses throughout Miami. In recent years we have completely remodeled a 1961 built Sanctuary, enhancing its original Georgian architecture while updating and modernizing it for worship. Within that project, we refurbished pews (refinishing the wood to a new luster and providing new seat cushions), we installed new flooring (cork, carpet, and wood), we constructed new millwork, painted, and rebuilt a new sound booth, stage, pulpit, and choir area.

Renovation, Restoration, Construction, and Building

Milian Development Group has also completed interior build outs which added church restrooms, and an Usher’s room to the back of a Sanctuary. We also have remodeled a Bride’s room and restroom, and remodeled an entryway Narthex, including new marble flooring.

In addition to the total makeover of the main worship center or Sanctuary, our church division has also provided updates and improvements to Pastoral and Administrative offices. We updated and renovated restrooms in a church school. We provided new impact windows and beautiful French doors for a church Fellowship Hall. Our company has also provided new security and camera systems for a church school and has also refurbished parking areas. The projects don’t end there!  We have completely remodeled a Missionary House, including new kitchen, bathrooms, windows, paint, and flooring.  We provided renovations including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems as well as new paint, flooring and remodeled bathrooms in a Coral Gables church missionary apartment building.  Most recently, we have had the pleasure to beautify, modernize, and safety updates a Church Nursery infant and toddler areas.
