Professional Experience:

Jorge Milian has been working as a Florida general contractor since 1991. Prior to that, he grew up in the construction industry gaining experience under his father, George, who was a successful south Florida builder from the mid-1970s through the 1990s. You might say home building is definitely in the Milian blood!  Jorge founded his company in 1994 and has concentrated Milian Development Group’s business in single-family new construction, additions and remodeling, predominantly in the areas of Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, South Miami, High Pines, Pinecrest, and Palmetto Bay. Jorge has also worked as a Project Manager Consultant for FH Paschen, a nationwide General Contractor company, performing estimating for the School Board of Miami Dade County, the Miami Dade JOC Program, and drafting several bids for the City of Miami and Florida International University.  Prior to that, Jorge worked as a Project Manager and Superintendent for Milian Construction Co., the business started by his father, George Milian. He remained on as a construction consultant for his dad’s company, up until its closing.
